Our basic monthly or twice monthly cleaning package  includes:
 
           

• Vacuuming: includes edges and hard surfaced floors, stairs, upholstered furniture-including crevices and under cushions.
• Thoroughly sweep and mop (or dust mop)  hardwood floors.
• Dust baseboards, furniture, sills, ledges, woodwork, ceiling fans and wall decor.
• Wipe down window blinds, doorknobs, door jams, and light switches, check for cobwebs.

• Clean and deodorize bathrooms, including fixtures, counter tops, floors and mirrors.
• Clean kitchen, including sinks, appliance exteriors, countertops, accessories, cabinet fronts, table and chairs.
• Load dishwasher (if empty) and wash inside microwave.
• Empty all trash containers.
• Sweep front and rear porch / patio.
• Clean windows and door at entry.

Our cleaning schedules are flexible, if you only need cleaning every three weeks, we'll gladly arrange it.

We're always happy to accommodate special cleaning requests.  Please contact us with your request at least 24 hours prior to your regularly scheduled cleaning date.

If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, contact us within 24 hours and we'll fix it for free!
